Art and Images

Art works will be seen throughout the video. A shot of someone painting their perception of energy will be cut into segments during the 2 minute film. That way, the spectator sees the progress of the painting without having to watch it completly from starting to end. So whole painting scene will be filmed for 2 minutes (that's how long the artist has for expressing "Energy") but only significant parts of it will be shown. Near the climax when the publicity part takes place, the art work will be smotherd in heavy paint to symbolize the destruction of creative spirit.
Now, in my filming process, the destruction of the painting will only be filmed once the painting is done. But the spectator will see its destruction before its final product. At the very end of the video, the painting will be exposed as it should: finished.
